Moniaive Shortlisted for Creative Scotland Award

from The Commonty

Great news from Upper Nithsdale that Moniaive has been shortlisted in the £50,000 category of the Creative Place Awards run annually by Creative Scotland. Our region has a brilliant reputation in these awards with Wigtown winning in the inaugural year (and a special award to Creetown the same year), both Gatehouse and Glenkens were shortlisted the following and Dumfries was shortlisted in the largest category in 2014. Congratulations to everyone in Moniaive connected with the bid and heres hoping you guys can bring home the prize for the South West......take no prisoners!
